Je m’intéresse aux aspects méthodologiques de l’inférence phylogénétique et à son application pour reconstruire l’histoire évolutive des mammifères et des tuniciers à partir de données génomiques. Le but ultime de mes recherches vise à comprendre les adaptations génomiques qui sous-tendent les phénomènes de convergence morphologique.
