I am interested in the impact of global change on marine biodiversity through the richest coastal habitats of Mediterrenean: Coralligenous reefs (built by sciaphilic algae and animals, between -12 and -120 m) and Posidonia oceanica seagrass beds (protected angiosperm forming meadows between 0 and -40 m). The issues that interest me are: what are the impacts of human activities on marine ecosystems? How to use marine communities for the monitoring of costal water quality? Why and how to conserve marine biodiversity? I maily teach in BEE master and I am responsible of the following teaching units: « project management », « project management for small companies », « innovation », « urban ecology ». In parallel, I am R&D project manager for Andromède océanologie.

In December 2016, the team Biodicée (ISEM) and Andromède océanologie united and created the common laboratory Air To Sea (labcom R2C, funding ANR labcom2). The objective of this private/public partnership is to develop innovative tools to help decision making and improve the recognition and the environmental diagnostics of coastal seabeds.

Other collective tasks
– Coordinator of the common laboratory Air to Sea
– Administrator of OSU OREME and responsable of the observatory task “récifs coralligènes et posidonie” within the SOLTC
– Assistant treasurer of the French ecological society Société Française d’Ecologie
– Member of CSRPN Occitanie
