I am currently working on eel (European and their hybrid with American) and ciona (A and B) population genetics. The project aims at improving our understanding of genetic incompatibilities between closely related species using a large number of SNP markers.
In addition, I study population connectivity using long snouted seahorse as a model species ,in order to define optimal protection strategies.
