I am assistant professor (with HDR) at the computer science department of University of Montpellier. I am a researcher in computer science and bioinformatics at ISEM laboratory and animates GTGC (Groupe de Travail francophone en Génomique Comparative).

Research

My main research subjects are algorithmics and bioinformatics : text algorithms, graphs, combinatorics, comparative genomics, genome evolution.

Teaching

I am teaching all over the five years of french university, practical and theoretical courses in computer science and bioinformatics: networks, algorithmics initiation, logic, theoretical computer science, text algorithmics, sequence analysis.
